Public Arts Programs & Initiatives
Art and artists are uniquely suited to generate and elevate positive impact in communities around the world. It is in art that we often locate identity and meaning, and it is by supporting and platforming artists that we can provoke and elevate the causes of justice, tenderness, peace and understanding around the world. My ongoing work as a nonprofit Artistic Director, public arts programer and arts advocate seeks to maximize the impact intended by many of the meaningful, provocative works created by my colleagues and myself. Arts programming and impact advocacy is a guiding light for my career as a creative and my personal passion.
Below is a brief selection of recent public arts programs, events and initiatives I’m proud to have led. For me personally, this is some of the most important and impactful work I’ve done to date.
